Power nap - Power napping
Ok, my mentor introduced me to a new tool: the power nap. "Research shows that you can make yourself more alert reduce stress and improve cognitive functioning with a nap. Mid-day sleep, or a ‘power nap’, means more patience, less stress, better reaction time, increased learning, more efficiency and better health. Well, my first step was a success, because I tried it!My second step was a failure, because I slept too much (ok, I woke up at 6 am, and in the afternoon I've tried power nap without setting an alarm, right!!)
My third step will be a success, because I will try again!
Ok, sounds reasonable.
